‘Special and Vegan courses’
This year, Mushroom Tokyo again has prepared a special seasonal course featuring plenty of seasonal ingredients that herald the arrival of spring.
The menu brings out the flavor of the mushroom ingredient to its fullest, and incorporates the care and ideas of each dish, making it enjoyable from corner to corner.
The “Vegan Course,” which has become a popular vegan dinner course in Omotesando, contains no animal products, and the food is rich in flavor and aroma.
Reservations can be made through the “TableCheck” reservation form. It is by appointment only, so please use it as soon as possible.

- Thinly sliced fresh large mushroom
with Edomae herbs - Mushroom sesame tofu(curd)
- Millefeuille of mushroom and root vegetables
- Mushroom confit with mustard sauce
- Mushroom and Konbu dashi(kelp stock) soup
- Venison steak with mushroom tapenade (*for Special course)
- Cannelloni of mushroom, basil and tomato

●Thinly sliced fresh large mushroom with Edomae herbs
This time, the classic fluttering mushrooms were combined with the recently popular Edomae herbs and finished with a salad. Enjoy the aroma and texture with soy milk dressing.
●Mushroom sesame tofu(curd)
This smooth sesame tofu is made with mushroom broth and seasoned with sesame paste. You can eat it refreshingly with bean paste and wasabi leaves in mushroom broth.
●Millefeuille of mushroom and root vegetables
Mushrooms are charcoal-grilled and made into mille-feuille with the nutritious chrysanthemum and lotus root. You will want to feel the perfect balance with the cream cheese based on sake lees.
●Mushroom confit with mustard sauce
Slowly stewed mushrooms in olive oil at a low temperature are served in a special mustard sauce. This dish has a perfect balance of umami and sourness.
●Mushroom and Konbu dashi(kelp stock) soup
Based on kelp water that slowly brings out the flavor from the water, this soup is full of flavor. I hope you can feel a different combination of umami.
●Venison steak with mushroom tapenade (*for Special course)
Fresh venison from Kagoshima is slowly cooked over charcoal. Enjoy the unique taste of venison with a tapenade with pickled mushrooms.
※The vegan course has gone through an evolution, Smoked Mushroom and Beetroot Tartar 2.0!
●Cannelloni of mushroom, basil and tomato
It’s filled with a paste of mushrooms, chickpeas and black olives. Serve with tomato sauce that smells of slow-simmered basil.
●Mushroom Cannoli
“Cannoli” is a baked sweet from Italy called the island of gastronomy.
This sweet is made from a vegan original dough kneaded with mushroom powder, fried quickly and filled with a balanced cream of acidity and sweetness finished with vegan ricotta cheese and soy milk.
About “Vegan Course”
The “Vegan Course,” which has been very popular since last year, is also continuing.
The ever-popular menu has finally been updated!The vegan dinner, titled “Smoked Mushroom and Beetroot Tartar 2.0,” will offer a more extreme version of deliciousness.
[Notice] Dinner course reservation
Thanks to your support, we have a growing number of repeat customers who make dinner course reservations.
In order to allow as many people as possible to enjoy mushroom meals, while taking up space in a safe and comfortable environment,
we provide two starting-time for dinner.
Early evening: starting at 18:00 ends 20:00 (approx. 2hours)
Late evening : starting at 20:15 ends 22:15 (approx. 2hours)
Please read the following the precautions.
1) Dinner course needs reservation through online reservation system.
Reservation deadline is 3:00 p.m. (Japan time) the day before the dinner date.
For last-minutes reservations, please phone our restaurant directly.
2) Only course meals will be served.
3) Two hours are required and cannot be extended or changed.
Please make your dinner course reservations as soon as possible.
