The delicious flavor of mushrooms and the moist pulp of avocado are made into a millefeuille and spiced with dried mushrooms. This is an unprecedented dish.
●Mushrooms and grilled mandarin orange plancha
Jumbo mushrooms are lavishly topped with tangerine and baked with millet sugar. The tartness and sweetness of the citrus matches well with the mushrooms.

Mushroom powder kneaded hash browns are combined with handmade vegan cheese, fresh pomelo pulp, and finally tonburi marinated in malt vinegar.

The signature dish of our vegan course. The shape of the dish is unimaginably delicious, and the taste spreads in your mouth. Many repeat customers come to Omotesando to try this main dish again, and it continues to evolve and be loved by everyone.

Spinach, which tastes best in the winter season, is crisped and combined with umami-centered mushrooms for your enjoyment.
●Deep-fried semi-dried mushrooms(January-February 2023 Japan Tokyo Omotesando & Harajuku Dinner Menu)
Mushrooms are semi-dried slowly at low temperature, covered with rice flour, and finished with a mushroom broth bean paste. This is a dish filled with the specialties of a restaurant specializing in mushroom dishes that you will not find anywhere else.
●Grilled semi-dried miso-pickled mushroom with Green pea sauce(May-June 2023 Japan Tokyo Omotesando & Harajuku Dinner Menu)
Semi-dried “jumbo mushrooms” with concentrated flavor are marinated in a miso paste bed, which is then grilled over an open flame. Enjoy the combination of the sauce of green peas and the flavor of miso.

Mushroom soup stock is used to make this mouth-watering sesame tofu, which is finished with kneaded sesame seeds. The mushroom soup stock and leaf wasabi make it a refreshing dish.
●Mushrooms and a little light bolognese(September-October 2022 Japan Tokyo Omotesando & Harajuku Dinner Menu)
A meatless Bolognese made with mushrooms, cauliflower and onions in a tomato sauce. This short pasta dish is as delicious as its meat counterpart. This dish allows you to fully enjoy the potential of mushrooms.
●Mushroom panipuri(September-October 2023 Japan Tokyo Omotesando & Harajuku Dinner Menu)
Panipuri is a popular “snack” in Nepal and other regions. I deep-fried shells called pani, stuffed inside with mushrooms and chickpeas finished with spices, and poured mint water made from mint that is street grown in Omotesando inside to taste this dish.
●Mushroom cannoli(March-April 2023 Japan Tokyo Omotesando & Harajuku Dinner Menu)
Cannolo” is a baked sweet that originated in Italy, known as the island of gastronomy. The original dough, kneaded with mushroom powder and finished vegan, is crispy fried and filled with a cream with a good balance of sour and sweet flavors made with vegan ricotta cheese and soy milk.
Enjoy an exquisite “pairing” drink with a delicious dinner.
Along with these dishes, reservations for the pairing dinner course and non-alcoholic pairing dinner course are very popular at MUSHROOM TOKYO Omotesando. Since we prepare the drinks that match each dish in advance, it may be difficult to serve them if you make a reservation at the time of your visit to the restaurant. Please select “Pairing Course” or “Non-Alcoholic Pairing Course” at the time of reservation.

[Notice] Dinner course reservation
Thanks to your support, we have a growing number of repeat customers who make dinner course reservations.
In order to allow as many people as possible to enjoy mushroom meals, while taking up space in a safe and comfortable environment,
we provide two starting-time for dinner.
Early evening: starting at 18:00 ends 20:00 (approx. 2hours)
Late evening : starting at 20:15 ends 22:15 (approx. 2hours)
Please read the following the precautions.
1) This course is “by appointment only.
Minimum reservation date: 3:00 p.m. on the previous day.
We do not accept reservations by phone.
If you have any questions, please call us (during business hours).
2) Only course meals will be served.
All tables will start at the same time during the course start time, so please be sure to keep to the time you entered the restaurant when you made your reservation (there is a “2-hour” limit for dinner courses.
Please note that if you are late for starting time of each courses, dishes will be served one after another to make up for the delay, resulting in a hectic meal).
3) Two hours are required and cannot be extended or changed.
4) In accordance with the government policy, from March 13, 2023, the wearing of masks in the restaurant will be personal decisions of the guests themselves. Please be considerate of other guests.
